From your file to a finished batch.

The RFQ is the start of the manufacturing process. It gives us the information needed to recommend a material, prepare the proof and quote the exact job.

Start with your specification
  1. 01

    Send the requirement

Share a drawing, artwork, sample, photo or plain-language specification.

  2. 02

    Confirm material and process

We review size, substrate, marking, mounting and quantity together.

  3. 03

    Approve the proof

You check the exact layout, wording and code data before production.

  4. 04

    Produce and inspect

The batch is made in-house and checked against the approved specification.

Approval before production. Checks before packing.

Quality control starts before a tag is made. The proof fixes the layout and data. Production checks then cover the material, finish and marking against that approved specification.

  • Digital proof for layout, wording and code data
  • In-process inspection for material, finish and marking
  • Barcode and QR scan checks before packing
  • In-house packing after final batch inspection
