What equipment will carry the tag?
Record the machine, tool, fixture, panel or fixed asset and the exact mounting location. Include the available flat area, nearby moving parts and service-access requirements.
Industrial tags are selected against measured heat, chemical, washdown and abrasion exposure. Use this range for plant and machinery identification where a general office label would fail.
How to narrow the range
State actual heat, chemical, washdown and abrasion exposure.
Select material and thickness against those conditions.
Confirm mounting, clearance and code visibility.
Bulk ordering details
Use these figures to check whether the listed range fits your requirement before requesting a quote. Final specifications and pricing are confirmed in writing.
Listed quantities: 100 / 300 / 500 / 1000 pieces.
$1.52–$5.80 per piece at the 100-piece minimum.
Production starts after you approve the proof.
Reference prices are based on the listed specifications. Material, size, finish, mounting, marking and quantity may change the unit price by about US$0.30–US$0.60. Your written quote confirms the final price, tooling if required, production time and freight.
Industrial equipment application guide
Industrial identification starts with the asset surface, operating conditions and mounting approval. Material and thickness come after those inputs, not before them.
Record the machine, tool, fixture, panel or fixed asset and the exact mounting location. Include the available flat area, nearby moving parts and service-access requirements.
List outdoor exposure, washdown, cleaning chemicals, heat, abrasion, impact and vibration separately. Provide the actual process or limits so the quote does not rely on a general harsh-environment label.
The current Category includes 304 stainless steel, anodized aluminum and engraved brass. Compare them against the exposure, mounting and plate thickness required for the asset.
Use holes, screws or rivets when drilling is approved and the fastener can be specified. Use adhesive only where the Product lists it and the surface provides enough clean contact area.
Check code size, contrast, viewing angle, scanner distance and the chance of dirt or damage covering the mark. Keep a visible serial number when manual lookup is part of maintenance.
Provide the plate width and height, corner or shape requirements, hole count, hole diameter, center spacing and clearance behind the mounting surface.
Test uncertain coatings, curved housings, textured surfaces and adhesive locations. For mechanical mounting, approve the drawing and fastener details before drilling production equipment.
Send the asset, surface, dimensions, quantity, material preference, code data, mounting drawing and the exact temperature, cleaning, chemical, abrasion or vibration conditions that need review.
Use these as RFQ inputs. The approved Product and quote control the final specification.
