Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to quote, produce and ship your order:

• Contact details you give us — name, work email, company and phone.
• Order and quote information — specifications, quantities and your shipping address.
• Artwork and data files you upload — logos, layouts and serial/variable-data lists.

We use this information to prepare quotes, set up artwork, produce and ship your order, and provide support. We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers needed to fulfil your order — our payment processor, shipping carriers and email provider — who are bound to use it solely for that purpose. We keep records only as long as needed to service your orders and meet legal and tax obligations, then securely delete them. To request access, correction or deletion of your data, email us and we'll honour applicable data-protection rights.

Refund & Returns

Custom tags are non-returnable except when they are defective or do not match the approved proof.

• Defects or our error: Report the issue promptly with photos and the order reference. IronMarks will remake or refund the affected quantity when the fault is ours.
• Not covered: changes to already-approved artwork or data, errors present in an approved proof, or normal wear in service.

Terms of Sale

• Quotes & pricing: prices are quoted per specification in quantity tiers and are valid for the period stated on the quote.
• Payment: as agreed and stated on your quote / invoice.
• Sample timing: Timing is confirmed after we review the requested material, sample type and delivery method.
• Production time: the general production window is 12-30 days after proof approval, depending on quantity, finish and complexity. A Product-specific range or quoted schedule takes precedence.
• Shipping & risk: shipped per the carriers and regions on our Shipping & Production page; risk passes on delivery to the carrier.
• Liability: for custom-manufactured goods our liability is limited to the value of the affected goods; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
• Governing law: as stated on your order confirmation.

Proof Approval Policy

The digital proof is free. Nothing is produced until you approve the layout, spelling, size and variable data. Approved proofs govern production, so review part numbers, serial ranges and colours before approval.

Custom Order Cancellation

• Before proof approval: You may cancel before proof approval at no charge.
• After proof approval / once production has started: After proof approval or once production starts, custom orders generally cannot be cancelled or changed. Costs already incurred may apply.
