Use one spreadsheet row per tag. Keep the barcode value, visible asset ID and any other printed text in separate columns, preserve leading zeros and remove duplicate records.
Size depends on the symbology, data length, quiet zone, scanner distance and available mounting area. Send the longest value so the proof can test the limiting case.
No. The proof checks source values, layout and code placement. Coded batches are scan-tested before shipment, and a representative sample should be tested in the installed location when scan conditions are critical.
